You have obviously misunderstood the meme (whether willfully or through lack of intellectual capacity is hard to tell)...the meme isn't challenging a POTUS's authority to declassify sensitive compartmentalised classified documents, it is lampooning Donald's claim that he can merely declassify documents simply by just 'thinking' about it...arguing, insouciantly that declassification is a 'process', but it doesn't have to be. Are you comfortable that that idiot is safe with the United State's most sensitive intelligence and military secrets???
