New Statute just went active in Commiefornia… It is NOW ILLEGAL to communicate with anyone under the age 18 years, about FireArms.. This is a blatant violation of the 1st Amendment Free Speech Clause, and EVERY Commiefornia Politico who voted to inact this Statute should impeached, recalled, or Hung from the nearest Lampost, for violating their Oath of OFFICE, PERIOD…
So no hunters safety courses, no teaching my grandchildren about guns, no advertising in magazines, newspapers, online or television about guns and that means no reporting on gun related incidents. I can't wait for the first multi-million dollar law suit by some snowflake parent whose child saw a report on the number of people shot in Chicago on some national news spot. This has much more far reaching consequences than the narrow minded legislators were able to envision, me thinks.
You can't talk to any one under 18 about firearms but you can indoctrinate a child at any age about LGBTQRST and whether they want sex change. Only in Commiefornia .My wife wants to take a trip to the left coast told her I would not go and spend one dime in that fucked up State

Going to be interesting to see how the IL Gun ban working its way to the Governors desk and the Pro Crime bill already passed work together. Pretty much everything in the gun ban bill has already been ruled against and over turned by the SCOTUS in other States. I don't even know where to begin with the pro crime bill that went into effect January 1st except for the no bail part that got stayed by a Judge. And everyone is fixated on the cashless bail part, there is a whole lot more the bill that is very bad aside from the cashless bail. Restrict Police, Restrict Private Property owners, empower criminals and then get a bill going to disarm law abiding citizens to totally put them at the criminals mercy or lack of. Last I looked the gun ban bill still contained the "Manufacture, Sale and possession" of a very long list of common guns and the banning of all .50 cal ammo....... Because .50cal is the choice of mass shooters every where! Don't know what it will end up being when it hits JB's desk and is signed, but it will not be good. All or most of it will get overturned in time and hopefully stays will be ordered on it taking effect. One State Rep said it was a great opportunity to get as many guns out of peoples hands as possible before the courts over turn it. One of the few reasonable Democrats said "This bill does nothing to reduce gun crime and violence and only serves to make criminals out of law abiding citizens." Not that a handful of Democrats opposing it makes a bit of difference in its trajectory. More interesting will be seeing if the 2A Sanctuary Counties will refuse to enforce and prosecute these laws that clearly violate the Constitution. It is not just California that has gone insane.
@Kamp Krap Just read an article that stated, “Most Illinois Sheriffs have come out with Statements that they, and their Departments, will not be enforcing the recently sign Statute Restricting Sales and Possession of many SemiAuto Rifles, Pistols, kand Shotguns..” They also refuse to enforce the Magazine Size Ban that is a part of the New Statute… It talked about how the Governor has no recourse against the Sheriffs in State Statutes… It also stated that multiple FireArms Rights Organizations in the State will be bringing this new Statute to Federal District Courts, very soon…
The Sheriff's, however can arrest the Governor for violating the laws. I say, find some and arrest him!
I would look into arresting the Governor, and all the Legislators who voted for this UnConstitutional Statute for violating their Oath of Office…
Up to over 80 Sheriffs and 30+ states attorneys that say they will not comply, enforce or prosecute. Governor advised them yesterday that they will comply, enforce and prosecute or they will be out of a job. This has the potential get real interesting.
Sounds like them Sheriffs need to band together ,, pull up to the Gov. Mansion in a Paddy Wagon and cart his sorry ass off to the brig ,,,, and make sure the magistrate is off duty for a few days ,, which means no bond , no bail . Show him the power of the people .
Would not hurt my feelings to see the Governor and State Legislature that voted for this stripped naked, smeared with bloody deer meat and tied to oak trees and let their cousins the Coyotes deal with them.
But that's their plan. Pass it. See if it's challenged. Spend lots of taxpayer money defending it, knowing that it's highly likely it will get overturned. Then pass another one. Rinse and repeat! Their plan is to make defenders of the Constitution waste a LOT of money overturning these laws, while trying to wait them out, until (their hope) the libs have enough votes to either increase the number of justices on the Supreme Court, or they get the chance to vote in replacement justices that will be less friendly to the 2A.
I see every Dem run state passing these baseless laws and I have concluded that this is to bankrupt the pro gun organizations as once those orgs are gone they can do what ever they please.
