    I've been following this guy's reports for awhile. I like the way he tracks what's going on in the world by air traffic. It's at least interesting.

    While brewing my last beer a month ago my brew buddy and myself saw some unusual air traffic. We're not in the usual flight lines for commercial traffic and there were these three unidentifiable type aircraft in formation flying East to West out over the Pacific. They were at, and I estimate, 40 to 50,000 and in close formation. They were too big to be fighter aircraft and looked to me to be B1B's. Moments later we saw at about the same altitude what I thought was a B52 flying South to North solo. It was just out of the ordinary.

    Last weekend, the F-22As out of Tyndall AFB, Fl. were doing low fast flyovers and touch&gos over my Tallahassee home near the airport. "Stealth" does NOT mean quiet! Those puppies are LOUD!!

    When Leonid Brezhnev died in 1982, state-run television broadcast a full-length Swan Lake in lieu of a death announcement. The same footage was aired after the deaths of Yuri Andropov in 1984 and Konstantin Chernenko in 1985. In her book Like a Bomb Going Off: Leonid Yakobson and Ballet as Resistance in Soviet Russia, Janice Ross suggests that these screenings of the Russian ballet were used as a stalling tactic, allowing Soviet leadership time to plan while "soothing the masses." Ballerinas would dance and the public would wait, calmly, applauding the screen.

    And I don’t believe any US city is prepared for a nuclear attack. I know that the Federal agency I worked for got rid of all of their NBC gear 20 years ago . There are no mass fallout shelters, no water storage, no food supplies and I don’t count on FEMA entering an affected area to bring in aid and supplies.

    I am becoming more and more convinced that the combined IQ of Western leaders is rapidly approaching 1, It’s not there yet but at least they are past the half way point.
