Here the partners never give gifts , we buy what is needed at the time . I do put on a Xmax coffee and chat , stronger if you want (Some fly in). For myself Im my own Santa , For the girls (Pups) xmas walks off the ranch to meet and play with other pups today .Perfect , had a few neighbours come up , but i was HOME ALONE for once and a while ! I bought myself a new Knife 12" and a new cutting mat just for it . Cooking Beef Tenderloin Stew . This is for meat quarters down to chunks ! Nothing here, the daughter and her entire crew are down with the flu. Other son is working his 12 hr shift.... No Christas dinner...
Family and friends, brisket dinner, drunk driver plowed into the next door neighbor’s car tha was parked in their driveway. Gifts for the grandkids and excitement with a real life “Cops” episode right out front of the house!!

Made the Crepes base (2 duck eggs , 1.5 cup of pure milk 4%+, 1 cup of flour from here, 2 pinches of salt) I'll cook and serve with Maple syrup. If i remember I shoot a pix . Sloth

No Christmas here, until this coming weekend. Lake Effect snowstorm shut down pretty much every route I could've taken to my GF's house (an hour away), so we decided to postpone. Don't like the idea of getting stuck in between, where cell phone coverage is spotty....especially with a rental car, while my wheels are (finally!) in the body shop for repairs! I did, however, make some bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts (Christmas eve), and chicken sweet potato stew (Christmas).
