Not if every police organization and the FBI have standing orders that anyone representing themselves as a Sovereign Citizen is a terrorist. An interesting discourse on the Georgia law review, though.
If you declare yourself to be a sovereign citizen, can you still be deemed to be a terrorist? Or, I guess I should say, even if they deem you to be a terrorist, can they still arrest on grounds of you being a terrorist if you do not consent to be arrested?
Thinking about this further..... If they transformed the USA from a sovereign country into a corporation, isn't there some legal process that could be taken to transform the corporation back into a sovereign country again? Maybe if we held a Constitutional Convention or something like that? There must be some legal remedy to correct this. I remember watching a video awhile ago about the Post Master General and how some guy seized control of being the Post Master General and now owns the country or something. Not sure the details.

LOL, no. Declaring yourself a SovCit will only get you there faster. The SovCit only work if there IS rule of law (ROL). I am sad to say that today there isn't. On a personal side note: One time I got a minor $100 traffic infraction. Because I didn't have any identification on me, the local police department took me to county for 4 days. While I was there several inmates had died for unknown reasons. What is known is that the County Sheriff said I too would die if I didn't do what I was told. This whole time they kept calling me a sovereign citizen, to which I replied I wasn't. I didn't know what that was at the time, I was just following my grandfathers advice and remaining silent until I could see a lawyer. They told me I could not remain silent and I could not speak to a lawyer. I told them anything I do or say can be used against me so I would not be talking until I got a lawyer. On the 4th day they brought in a doctor to see how close to death I was. Apparently I can make it to the 4th day without water.
