You do realize that overturning roe v wade will NOT ban abortions in the US right? It will just send the matter back to the states to decide. Constitutionally speaking this should be a state issue. BTW before you make any straw man arguments I am female, pro limited abortion before viability and also pro gay marriage (some people like to use that excuse that they will repeal gay marriage in certain states next. That is false since marriage has certian financial aspects to it on both state, interstate and federal levels. So, yes I can see federal having some say based on interstate commerce)
