Locked her knees. Seen this happen during parade in bootcamp. Someone always yells "Tits up!" Male or female.

I didn't hear anybody say anything. My Senior Drill Instructor told me later that I maintained a perfect position of attention all the way to the parade deck... and I bounced. I had a fever and got stuck in the barracks the next day drinking canteens full of salt water and then puking it back up.

That was me during three totally wasted days of "Sensitivity and Diversity Training" at my state IT department. As it quickly devolved into a "white-males bashing" session, I utterly refused to participate. I sat alone in the back of the room. They could compel my attendance, but not my participation.

Wriggling one's toes in one's boots helps to avoid fainting while standing motionless at a ceremonial parade for any extended period of time during inspection or during long winded addresses by the inspecting officer / CO. Gotta keep circulation going while in standby mode.

LOL! I'm sorry. [LMAO]...really I am. :( I just have to wonder if lots of these poor slabs that hit the deck were like me. Sick, exhausted, or on a bender the night before? It could have absolutely nothing to do with locking the knees or wriggling the toes, and more to so with simple exhaustion. You fall asleep, you fall down... and you bounce! I survived way too many hours on parade fields with 20,000+ other Marines. Having done the bounce thing in Boot Camp I was acutely aware that it would be most un-good to do a repeat of that as the senior Color Sergeant in II MEF. I have to wonder now if that shifting from one leg to another over what seemed like endless hours on the parade field didn't contribute to trashing my hip. I'm certain that some of the injury to my shoulders was from standing at parade rest for extended periods.

My favorite drill command is and always will be "REST!" I didn't want drill to be over. It and PT was what we did for fun, I just wanted to be able to adjust my gear, scratch, and talk to those in ranks with me. Just a little break before we got back to the snap, pop and sing-song of drill movements at the Group and Division level.

Yes, undoubtedly hung over soldiers, sailors and aviation personnel contribute to their own downfall...literally, and fatigue also contributes...

Probably not practical for every unit that does close order drill, but units that specialise in drill such as honour guards and ceremonial parades at military tattoos, state occasions etc, acclimatisation and exercise may be a possible evidence based strategy.

Whilst being in a platoon being rehearsed for a ceremonial parade, witnessed a soldier slicing his hand with a bayonet when performing unfix bayonets drill movement...there are things worse than fainting, even on a 'passing out' parade. ;)

I'm on board with not making peace with evil, but when evil is harming humanity whilst wearing a halo and brandishing a cross, then it doesn't get a free pass from criticism.

I guess all religion must be like that, in some's minds. They are pretty cocksure they know it all, and those that follow a religion are wasting their time, foolish, etc.
When they draw their last breath, it will likely be one of sheer terror at the unknown ahead.

It happens to be a practice among satan worshipers to attend churches to desensitize themself against the gospel. This information was shared by former witches.
I do not agree with that pastor's method of dealing with a problem but he has a ligament concern, especially if these people are a disruptive influence.
Having dealt with such issues, I trust the power of God over these events and pray accordingly.
