Yup. I've always been mean like that.

 

There wouldn't be a picture if that tire got tossed into the trunk, and had an angle grinder properly applied. Owner wouldn't have to replace a tire either!

 

Pennsylvania, Texas, Belgium, Greece, Costa Rica... Quite the competition.
Miss Argentina looks pleased to have one less competitor.

 

I saw that and thought about the two spares I carry in my car. One original "temporary use" space saver, and one VW Beetle size tire on a space saver rim (plus the full size spare in the garage and the one at work) and didn't even think about trying to salvage the rim with the boot on it. Now you've got me thinking about how long it would take to learn to pick the lock and just remove the boot.

Unfortunately we don't play those kind of games in ENC. If you park where you shouldn't we just drag your car onto a rollback and take it to an impound field. Not an impound "yard". Just a field... with tall grass and mice.
