locally, I was paying 3.359 for the longest time russia invades and boom. 4.379 That's in less than a week. Glad my daily commute is zero miles or that would have cost me an additional 100 bucks a month just to go back and forth to HQ.
Has inflation hit 100% yet? I'm not sure how that works,But since gas doubled in a year that's 100% Of course its the mean Russians fault
Well, after pulling the battery from the truck before winter started. I put the battery back in today and noticed that I had 33 gallons of stabilized gasoline that i probably paid 2.49 or less for (used reward points for discount). Today was a win.
Not the way the government figures inflation...ya see, a normal person would count doubling of prices as 100%, but ya gotta keep figurin'. Take that 100%, divide it by the number of months, then you got the average inflation, right? Brings it right down to manageable levels, doncha know...
Took a road trip today, used about 15 gals. that only cost $1.69 per gallon! Yes, it's spring and I'm rotating my stored gasoline. This was Trump gasoline, about 2 years old and fully stabilized. I'll have to replace it with $4.00 Biden gas!
One gas station in town was a few cents under $4 a gallon Friday and it was packed. I just drove by in my electric car. Haven't put gas in my wife's hybrid in 3 weeks and it's still at 3/4. We have been driving the shit out of that leaf.
Looks like its dropped a few cents around here My truck runs on flower pollen, pixie dust and unicorn methane.
You might want to stabilize that gasoline, or the fuel system (pump, lines, injectors, etc.) might get gunked up!
