I've been seeing and hearing in the news about high ass utility Bill's, Guess these companies have to pay for hurricane damages one way or another? The 307 stuff,How many do you need? Probably be faster to buy/borrow another mower or the whole engine?

Yeah, but the cylinder head kit and the engine are also on national back order as well. It could be cheaper to buy a new lawn tractor than to buy the engine if it were available. Anyway, I've got a friend coming over with his zero turn this week. I can wait until spring to decide on a new mower if the parts don't arrive by then.
That repair kit for your lawn mower is most likely on one of the 90 container ships off the coast of California waiting to get into a port...it might be spring, or summer, before it gets unloaded. They will get to it just as soon as they get all of the Christmas stuff unloaded.
Very well said! I forgot to mention that—in both my personal opinion and experience—it is the 40 grain 22 LR RN solids that ALWAYS hit the hardest of the 22 bullet types. (In fact I have very little good use for those ridiculous 22 LR HP bullets. In my experience they don't hit worth a damn!)
I had a Browning .22 auto that would hold 11 .22 lr that i hunted with before i had the money for a center fire. The dogs ran three deer across infront of me,two does and a buck. I shot all 11 to empty my gun. Killed one doe dead and blooded the little buck, after a hour or so I found the buck and finished him off. Thats the most Ive killed at one time with a .22. I also killed a eight point with a Ruger single six 22 mag.one night spot lighting.I'm 78 now and all this was when I was about 20yrs old. The .22 will kill, you just have to hit right spot. Now i have deer inmy yard and turkeys in the woods 100 yards away. I've killed enough deer that its not fun to hunt now. I really just like to look at them now.About the only animal I shoot now Is hogs when they come in my yard.
Cci large pistol primers are available on midway. You could roll some 44mag, 45colt, mild 454, 45acp, maybe 30-30, low pressure 45-70. Oh and you don't fire naked, or barely there coated lead (thunderjam) 22lr through a silencer. If you do you only make that mistake once.
Hey pops if you need a few good ol boys to give those hogs a good flogging like they deserve you just give me a call.
