This guy, Charles C. Ebbets, took this photo of Ironworkers lunching and smoking 840 feet above Manhattan, 1932.

So where's the picture of the guy that took his picture taking their picture?

... and what building are they working on?

 

I saw that in 1968?? or so .

And I had no idea of who micky-mice was or any of them.
TV was not around for myself till the 70's later.
