Images showed a Louisville restaurant patron pointing a handgun at armed Black Lives Matter protesters who swarmed the outdoor dining patio during demonstrations in honor of Breonna Taylor on the day of the Kentucky Derby.

Louisville Metro Police on Saturday evening responded to La Chasse, an upscale European restaurant located in the 1300 block of Bardstown Road, as protesters were marching northbound on the street. A restaurant employee told dispatchers "that multiple armed protesters entered the restaurant property, which included outdoor dining space," police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley told Fox News.

A reporter for the Louisville Courier-Journal tweeted several photos and videos of the incident. A man was seen pointing his pistol at several demonstrators during an altercation. Several protesters also appeared to be carrying firearms. Video shared by the newspaper showed a female demonstrator directing others to move away down the block, and tensions at the restaurant appeared to dissipate.

Yesterday our neighbor got cut off in traffis and blew her horn at the offender. They eventually wound up in the same parking lot. The offender was angry that our neighbor honked at her. She jumped out of her car, threw a rock denting neighbor's car, and waddled up to our neighbor's and yelled, "Ya wan me ta beat yo ass!!!" Neighbor said no I'm just going to report you to the cops. Offender said, "Go ahed! Cops won't do anything to me."
She was right.
My wife told our neighbor that she really needs a carry permit these days more than ever.

I also recommend having a few extra spark plugs on hand for people that need emergency dental work.

Update. Sheriff arrested the assailant. She's in jail under several charges.
She probably shouldn't have gotten shitty with a woman who's husband is an ex marine and works for the Sheriff's Office,

Gotta say we love our Sheriff.

 

My carry is small but at least its a 9mm.

 

I have a couple of small pistols one almost identical to the one he is holding. Can't tell what cal his is but mine is .357Mag and packs plenty of punch at close range and takes up very little space in a pocket. Other is a little .22mag Auto with a 5 round mag that is 4 1/2 inches long around a half inch wide and came with a stylish leather case that looks like a wallet with a trigger hole and muzzle hole. Either more than capable of making dead people in close quarters. Drawback to them is after about 10 feet they are not even a little bit accurate but most interpersonal ballistic conflict resolutions happen within 6 feet sooooooooooo. Not my first choice to carry but there are a lot of situations where those little guns are the better choice to carry.

Can see in this that the Anti American Protesters are getting better geared with each passing protest. All of the media attention gets focused on those Nasty White Nationalist recruiting X and Active Duty military and police to join and offer practical and tactical training. ANTIFA, BLM etc have for quite a while now been actively recruiting Minority X and Active duty to train them in the application of armed violence and tactics as well.

A whole lot has changed in the dynamics of things since this MEME first made its rounds.

 

One hell sight better than that spitball gun that the restaurant patron had.

 

The smallest I carry is a Ruger LCP (Summer in FL). My most carried is a Kimber Micro 9. Then there's the truck guns...

 

Well, at least he was armed and was able to protect himself and whoever he was with.

I also think a concern these days is not so much the size of the gun but how many rounds it carries because none of these thugs are loners. They are always in pairs or more so now I carry the smaller Glock (a 9mm G43) which holds 8 with my extended magazine as a secondary when I carry it. I admit I don't carry it often as normally just my G19 (9mm) which holds 15 rounds. I figure if I can't get myself out of a trouble with 15 shots then I probably won't be coming out standing up.

 

If this had been Potland, the Patron with his little Pug .22 would have been arrested, tried, convicted, and electrocuted in record time, there would have been riots for weeks demanding he burn, the civic leaders would be foaming at the mouths pushing this harder and harder, making sure the thugs have all the rights and are made into the victims! This shit bubble is gonna pop soon, some thugs are gonna get popped full of holes, and it won't matter after that, when the fight really gets going, were gonna find out those bullies are all pussies when staring down real men with real guns and the will to use them!

Not sure what the guy has in his hand, but it kinda looked like a NAA revolver. Not saying it's the best choice as a primary carry, but I will say we both carry one in .22 mag as a backup. Loaded with quality HP's they make a good back up or belly gun.

 

Last update. Sheriff added a felony weapons charge. 22 yo and her future has been forever changed. My neighbor told my wife that she would have dropped charges except there still is no remorse, no "owning up", and no apology. An entitled prideful young lady (with a baby of her own with her boy friend) that is headed for prison. If not this time then eventually. Sheriff's Office has done it's part. Now it's up to the judicial system.
