It only took 4 hours, this year... Hour one: Find and download a Tax Program that would run on WinDoz7 on my Dell Laptop, because the MacBooks have to old of MacOS to support any of todays Tax Programs... Hour Two: Input all the data, by hand, because none of the download functions were from places that sent in Tax Data to the IRS... Hour Three: Checking, Printing, Signing, and gathering all the Documentation that goes along with the IRS 1040SR forms when you have to mail your return to the IRS... They will not accept an Email Filing if you do not remember your Gross Income from 2019... Hour Four: Going to the Post Office, and getting the legal size envelope to mail all the papers to the IRS, and then addressing the envelope, and paying the Postage to mail it, and driving back to where we are staying... Long afternoon, but it is DONE, and AlaskaChick gets her NEW 13” iPad Pro, when the Refund hits the Bank Account... Yippy Do Dad... Got in under the original DeadLine, before Bidumbs one month and two day Extension..
We just paid a little old lady with a physical disability to do ours. She worked for the IRS. No worries. Helped her out. Win win.

We have been working on ours for about a week. Wife found her business accounting software to have an issue, and had to work on the fix with support. Right now we are looking at an extra $15K or so we owe...... what is a refund......right!!!!!

Taxes, we don't need no stinking taxes! After getting dry raped in capital gains a couple years ago, and the fact that I'm drawing retirement, I'm actually in the green, so the feds owe me a bit more then they would like! Wife on the other hand just took an early retirement due to her employer demanding the damn Covid shots, and her absolute refusal, cause science, so it's going to be an interesting year for her! Fortunately, she got a full severance package and early retirement, plus bonuses owed, which Uncle Oregon will want it's pound of flesh from, but the feds might end up owing her, Don't know yet!

Total federal revenue 2020: 3.5 trillion Total federal spending 2020: 6.5 trillion (Banner year.....we've 'only' been going 1/2 to a trillion a year in the hole for the last 15 years) Difference financed with 'borrowing', most of which the FED bought with keystroke money. IF they can keystroke up 3 trillion, another few minutes work could keystroke up the other 3.5 trillion, meaning tax collection is not needed.

She wrote a book last year that says you can print/keystroke about all the money you want. All the leftists and dems are lapping it up.
