Back door Reparations

Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina took issue with a proposed $5 billion fund for debt repayment that would benefit historically disenfranchised Black farmers in the $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus package, calling it “reparations.”

Graham, a Republican, criticized what he called the Democratic “wish list” in the stimulus deal in an interview with Fox News on Tuesday.

“Let me give you an example of something that really bothers me. In this bill, if you’re a farmer, your loan will be forgiven up to 120% of your loan ... if you’re socially disadvantaged, if you’re African American, some other minority. But if you’re [a] white person, if you’re a white woman, no forgiveness. That’s reparations. What does that have to do with COVID?” Graham asked.

If you are a poor white farmer the Bidumb administration has just screwed you --better claim you are black like Clinton claimed he was the first black President. IMO this is governmental racism plain and simple-- White farmer should take this to the Supreme court

 

Reparations isn't going to be a one time thing. Eventually what it will turn into is tax payer funded black vote buying because the dems don't want to do any leg work to earn votes. It's easier just to cut checks with other people's money.

 

Free money (welfare, unemployment, reparations and Stimulus Checks) go up people’s nose and in their lungs mostly. Wait, beer too. My observations tell me so. I get this from observing.

“Stimulus” is definitely not going towards one’s utility bills in a whole lot of cases. Absorbing this is impossible so.........Down the road the “Working Stiff” will take it in the rear once again, not shocking!

 

These F-in politicians use covid as a cover to buy votes under the guise of all these poor people can't pay their rent and starving because they can't afford food-yat yat yat. Funny how consumer spending on goods went up after the last government check. Where are all these starving people. Obesity is rampant in this country little starving may do some good health wise. My children and my grand children will be paying for this insanity.

 

Yep I'm spending my stimulus on hookers, cocane and booze. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

We need all farmers regardless of color and those in trouble regardless of color should get help. I am not talking about big agr corporations but the family farmers. Rising fuel costs will hit them hard.

Every time they make a special Bill, Order or Regulation giving one race or gender priority or privilege over others they feed racism and inequality. All that is needed and what the true purpose and position of government is to make a level playing field for all, ensuring equality for all - that's it.

I truly now understand why the French Revolution cut off all those heads... I pray when the time comes we have the same fortitude. The American citizen is being used horribly bad. And, no doubt about it, they intend to destroy this nation...and they will succeed.

I was talking with a lawyer friend of mine years ago and I joked that he should file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of the Neanderthals, win billions (maybe trillions) of dollars, and administer the funds until such time as the claimants could be identified.

 

Since my ancestor fought for the north to free the blacks any blacks receiving reparations I want payment from these blacks for services rendered by kin.

 

Now you truely understand civics! The French Revolution (and ALL other revolutions) only come about when the people are united in their hatred of the Government. For a government (ANY government) to survive they must keep the people at one another's throats.
