AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to the removal of
cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are poten-
tially dangerous to the public health

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The public health law is amended by adding a new section
2120-a to read as follows:
§ 2120-A. REMOVAL AND DETENTION OF CASES, CONTACTS AND CARRIERS WHO
ARE OR MAY BE A DANGER TO PUBLIC HEALTH; OTHER ORDERS. 1. THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE UTILIZED IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNOR
DECLARES A STATE OF HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO AN EPIDEMIC OF ANY COMMUNI-
CABLE DISEASE.
2. UPON DETERMINING BY CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE THAT THE HEALTH
OF OTHERS IS OR MAY BE ENDANGERED BY A CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER, OR
SUSPECTED CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER OF A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT, IN THE
OPINION OF THE GOVERNOR, AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE COMMISSIONER, MAY
POSE AN IMMINENT AND SIGNIFICANT THREAT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH RESULTING
IN SEVERE MORBIDITY OR HIGH MORTALITY, THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER DELE-
GEE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONER OR THE HEADS OF
LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, MAY ORDER THE REMOVAL AND/OR DETENTION OF SUCH
A PERSON OR OF A GROUP OF SUCH PERSONS BY ISSUING A SINGLE ORDER, IDEN-

not much of a stretch, the "camps" exist and are in use. The wholesale roundup of Vax dissenters the ill has yet to begin.

 

It's nearly impossible for me to imagine this actually happening, but I'm guessing the Japanese never thought they'd get rounded up in this country either. And after visiting a neighbor the other day who sat in her own home with a mask on, unable to talk about ANYTHING but covid covid covid, I know there'd be plenty of fearful sheep who would beg for the non-compliant to be taken away.

Before moving on to the subject at hand, I should mention one thing that should NEVER be forgotten: The "Japanese" who were rounded up and put in concentration camps were almost entirely American citizens who had Constitutional rights that were violated because they just happened to look like Japanese people. IOW, because they were of oriental ethnicity. And it wasn't necessarily Japanese ethnicity: Anyone that looked Oriental was fair game.
If it could happen to an Oriental minority, it can happen to anyone at any time. All the Government needs is an excuse the public will buy.

Moving on:

Reading the Bill carefully, I see that people can be held indefinitely. Certainly for more than 90 days, literally forever, in fact.

I also see that anyone and everyone can be arrested under the working of this Bill at any time. Mere suspicion, or the allegation of it, is sufficient. Disease is not required.

Any and every right and redress that is "guaranteed" to the medical prisoners in the Bill is optional, because each and every one is granted only if it's convenient.

The prisoners are not allowed to resist or escape. That's expressly against the law. No penalty is given if they do--but you can bet your booties another Bill will swiftly follow that one that makes such violations felony crimes. That's called the Old One-Two, and it almost never fails.

While the Bill seems to expressly forbid the administration of any unwanted drug (including a vaccine) it actually does not. In fact it actually expressly allows it.

That's because of the blue-sky wording that gives the Governor the authority to order anything under the auspices of the Bill.

So, immediately after the roundup of "anti-vaxers", all the Governor has to do is order them vaccinated. EZ-PZ, and it's all just as legal as pie.

Moreover, if the Governor wearies of all these people that won't get with it and toe the line, he can simply order them rounded up and shot. Or stripped of their Citizenship and booted out of the US.

The "authority" to do anything is the power to do anything. If they didn't want that kind of (Un-Constitutional) power the language that grants it would not have been included in the Bill.

It is because they do.

It is utterly Un-Constitutional, and against the Public Policy as well, but try arguing that before the Supreme Court before you get jabbed, shot, or deported. Or just fined into a cardboard box.

Fortunately. this Bill would only have effect in New York State--but it would set a very dangerous precedent, and could be easily be adopted by many other Demo-Commie States.

In the meantime, if you live in New York State, get out now. It doesn't matter if it's inconvenient or costly. Don't be like the Jews that waited too long to get out of Nazi Germany. They had plenty of perfectly good reasons to stay put, so they did--until it was too late.

Further, if you live in a different State, boycott New York State aggressively. Do not buy from, or sell to New Yorkers. And each time you boycott someone, make sure they understand that the boycott will not end until they clean up their act. They can drain their own swamp, or suffer the financial losses that come from failing to do so--right up until they or their loved ones get rounded up for the concentration camps.

I remember reading about the internment of Japanese-Americans during WW2 in a high school history class and being shocked at the injustice. I read everything that I could on the subject, watched a couple of TV programs and was friends with a girl that had family in the camps (her grandfather served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team...an all Japanese U.S Army unit). Then one day I had a revelation, many Japanese-Americans (and other Asians) were alive on VJ Day because everyone knew that the Japanese-Americans were in the camps! Chinese, Koreans, Filipinos, and other Asians were safe from attack because people knew that they were our allies in the fight against the Empire of Japan, and that their people had suffered greatly from Japanese conquest and occupation.
In my own small town a Chinaman was attacked a few days after Pearl Harbor. Fortunately his attacker didn't hurt him seriously, and he apologized to the Chinese gentleman once he was informed of his mistake and realized that China and the USA were now allies in the war with Japan. However, things could have turned out much differently...and sadly for many Asians it did!

This Holiday season has been a TRIAL of me holding it together AND OTHERS !
Dec 12th 86Yo male neighbour has a heart attack and passes in his woodstove heated greenhouse.
The wailing and dog barking (my 2 and the neighbours) started at 13:00 , partner / wife said the neighbours misses 48 yo (Mail Order ?) Asian partner was screaming / yelling / crying .
Quickest way is to scale the 8 foot fence with ladder , up i go and jump down , then I walk the rest,cuz 70 yo-phart has screwed up thinking he's still young.
Get into the GH and hes dead , his partner is on the phone will 911 and it's failing because its almost out of distance from the house. I check him , cold , no pulse , eyes no response , and he is stiff, head has huge cut from falling onto the bench , in a pool of his blood.

His partner always said she was a nurse (BS to the MAX) .. I grab the phone because I can't understand her at the best of times ,, 911 operator tells me to do CPR till the paramedics get there ,, I say he's cold and dead !!! Not good enough for the 911 person , I told him here talk the the wailer again . Buy now my wife has driven the wagon around and I have my gear onboard.
She looks after neighbours misses while I straight out dead guy , recheck , yup , 82*f in temp .

2 firetrucks , 2 ambulances and one RCMP car show up, first thing is the paramedic dude said to is it safe in there ? Greenhouse ? I said safe of what ? he said it has a wood stove !!

I just said under my breath , this is going to be a shit show, I had to go back in and open the doors to vent the GH out B4 they would enter , there was no fire lit and it is heated via electric ..
These paramedic / fire guys were all masked up and had gloves , shields plastic aprons on and could barely move ...
Asian , me , wife and RCMP were no mask and we chatted .
for 3 hours they beat the shit out of the dead guy , they get more money for doing CPR.
The top paramedic came up and told my wife and misses that technicality he is dead just before
she had to watch for 3 hours this BS.
I had had enough of this , showed my ID to RCMP and said fix this BS !!

Within 45mins all trucks and folks left and the second RCMP showed up saying no coroner would show , so call a funeral home. All gone by 16:30 as my neighbour was laying out on the wet grass, pipe sticking out of mouth.
I had my wife keep the misses down at the house till the funeral body pickup came by.
At 20:25 my duty of standing beside my dead neighbour was relived due to the pick up. I was cold and damp. I could not believe the amount of BS .

All money later i find out ..

I had a chat later with my dad , and he was so on to me about no mask with my neighobours / cops / paramedic's (none on me or wife ) etc.. he's over the edge !! Too much TV.

Next is a gent I met , hired helping a friend put up a wood shop ceiling , he needed a hand and friend needed to take his handicapped daughter off island for a test. I gave my time for two days , got to know him and hindered him , im sure.
Dec 20th im coming back from the village , i turn car right on ring road and see a new accident just happened .
I didn't see live but was a min afterwards as others were around , I was 200 yards away , spun a U turn and went the old way back to the ranch .
Friend came up later that afternoon and said Wayne died on the ring road earlier ,, SHIT then it hit the colour of blue , 1963 chev pickup truck crew cab , his show toy ..

Stomach churn , friend and myself just chatted , 3 days later ,I drive by and see a cross , wreath
a few pictures etc. Friend say he only drank Smirnoff ICE , We pickup a 26er and go have a drink at the cross , friend starts and from the full level , drops it 2.5" , I make another felt pen mark , pour a bit into a cup i brought , toast and made a mark of level . name the top full , second as Gil~~~~ and the third as Sloth . Leave bottle standing in-front of cross with snap tie holding it upright and pen on snap tie , check a few weeks later need a new bottle and pen due to , use and names !!!

So I spoke to my dad and he about shit that I had a pour of booze less than an oz due to driving , (((and i drink beer , safely, hard stuff , i can't know.. ))) "you drunk after he drank from bottle !!!

I had a call on Dec 21 or around there , Neighbour 2 farms away calls and say's did you hear that gun shot ? Around 22:30 I DID ,, noise in the country / bush travels if no storm..
Tim said he went to investigate if his neighbour had shot a bear or > , Tim said he found the single guy had shot himself , said he was real depressed since he had lost his job due to this BS asian flu ,,fridge was bare and not much in the kitchen . Cops grilled tim since I showed up just before the cops ..

On dec 31 /jan 1 I get a call at 00:30 on my cell ,, It's a 12 yo boy that is in the 4H small engines , as Im a leader of that side of 4H.. He asks me If I could come and pick him up and take him home !! I ask him where he is , he says he is in a different part of the area up here , 20 miles from where he lives , I said how did you get there and whats the address , I get him to go in the kitchen and look at the fridge and see if there is any addresses on the fridge . I get the address and off i Go ..
I find out on the drive back to his house , his dad and uncle were drinking at his house and they got an invite to this house party , and since they were pissed already they got the 12Yo young 4H member to drive the car on the Hwy ..
Just unbelievable to put a child in that situation ,, I get to his house and his mom is ready to kill me for taking him to a party with drunks all over . This is where im so proud of this YOUNG MAN ,, he told his mother the story and his dad said keep this quite !!!
