Just make sure your vitamin D level is high and take niacin, vitamin d, vitamin c, Zinc, a little copper, NAC and quercetin. Also pepcid AC and melatonin If you have symptoms. That is what I have been doing because it was recommended to me and I have recommended it to friends at work.

I sent that to some friends. For for blood thinner you can take salmon oil. I used to take it daily until I started doing MMA (this was years ago). Next thing I knew I looked like I had a mean husband. Doc said salmon oil is a natural blood thinner and it was making me bruise up a lot easier. Switched to flax oil and it made a huge difference.

 

The low dose aspirin people take everyday for some conditions could work too. They sell it at the normal store too. BTW I have known some people who took the ivm apple flavored horse paste. Not me personally. They have it at the farm store around here but I would have to be half dead to eat it.

 

They make Ivermectrin pour on for sheep, and they also use the injectable as a pour on for guinea pigs, just a tiny tap off your fingertip behind the ears. I used to spill it on me all the time when I had sheep, so that's the route I'd take.

The guys should find something else. Flax seed, and I'm assuming the oil as well, is estrogenic. It's fine for the ladies to take. Men, not so much.

 

You misread me. Take the salmon oil as a natural blood thinner. I switched to flax because I didn't need the blood thinning qualities the salmon oil had. The fact that the bruising stopped with flax backed up what the doctor said about the salmon oil.
