I heard they had warnings of the blast being played from the RV before the blast,, that's kind of strange,,

In Trigg County, residents are asked to call (270) 522-4636 as all other phone lines are down at this time, including 911 lines.

I wonder if this is some kind of criminal heist like italian job or something and if this bomb was a diversion and also take out some communication equipment while they rob someone else of a hugely expensive thing...
