We need the ATF gone, it's nothing but an illegal gov agency and an illegal tax collection agency all rolled into one! No gov entity can make laws on their own, not change laws, or selectively decide what to enforce and what not to! They are run amook and need to be disbanded!
Congress, as one of the three coequal branches of government, is ascribed significant powers by the Constitution. All legislative power in the government is vested in Congress, meaning that it is the only part of the government that can make new laws or change existing laws. Congress has relinquished their responsibility and duty to federal agencies who make regulations which are then enforced as if they were laws. In my view is illegal.
Nah, all political parties are allowed. let's dissolve the DOJ, IRS, ATF, DOE, DOD, Ag dept, energy dept, ed department, DHS, HHS and any other department that spends our tax dollars. Trump could do it on his way out the door (he's got 30 days left or so) But he won't. His bosses won't let him. Edit: he could also cancel all existing Executive Orders. Again, he won't.
