i am more than a little horrified by this.... and insulted... people have been out of work for months and they are going to make a $600 pmt....

 

Time to make tariffs on any thing going into or out of China, BIG Tariffs.

 

So, the 2K got passed, now if the fools don't go blow it all on new Junk from China.

 

All the more reason to brig back industry to the USA from China, buying all this China junk only strengthens the Chicoms so they can build more military hardware to use against us. While I'm on my rant the number of US companies that were once US owned is staggering. It's like the farmer who sells off a piece of the farm each year and then one day he has nothing left.

Yep. Anyone notice at the beginnings of all of this, you didn't see any Smithfield Farms pork in the stores? Thats because it was bought by a Chinese company. When batflu hit China and they shut down all their production they started shipping stuff from us in... including most of what Smithfield was producing.

Idk how many US based food producers they own now, but I do know China is looking at food shortages. How that plays into what makes it to our supermarkets I dont know, but it makes me uneasy.

 

Smithfield is one of the largest pork processors in the US and a Chinese company owns it, supposedly they can't ship US pork to China without paying a tariff. It's hard to find processed pork in the store that is not Smithfield

 

The relief bill in congress is not over until Trump signs off on it.

 

we can never pass a single non pork laden bill.
oh, and we will probably be notified that this is a pre-bate to our taxes.

$600 or $2000 uncle sugar still isn’t going to give me craaaaap! They will just raise my taxes next year to pay for it.

JBS says, oh no worries we just ship them things like feet and liver, which Americans won't eat anyway. (because that's all Chinese eat, right? No pork bellies, no ribs...) China owned Smithfield assures senators they won't give foreign customers preference, an interesting wording given they call anyone who isn't Chinese "foreigner".

Back to the topic... looks like Trump will veto the bloated third world stimulus package unless they up it to 2k per person and kill a lot of the foreign bound money. Pelosi and Co immediately cried, Oh we'd LOVE to give everyone 2K if you'd just told us we would have done that already! No mention of doing away with their pork though. Thinking they want to just add more $$ to it, then force him to veto it with the 2k per person on it so they can skewer him in the media.
