Gun Control proponents in Texas wasted no time introducing legislative bills that impede on your Second Amendment rights. Monday was the first day for the pre-filing of bills, and a record number of bills infringing on your rights have already been introduced for the 2021 Texas Legislative Session that convenes on January 12, 2021.

We as gun owners are ALL in this together and we need to make sure our voices are heard loud and clear in that we oppose any legislation that infringes on our Constitutional/Second Amendment rights. If you’re in Texas, please reach out to your state representative letting them know that you are against this flood of gun control measures. Just a NOTE, here... The Heller & McDonald SCOTUS PRECEDENTS would cause any Locked Case FireArm Storage in the home, State Statute UnConstitutional... It never ceases to Amaze me that these proponents of such a Statute do NOT recognize these SCOTUS Precedents, before proposing such BS....

Only problem BT Post is the face that nobody is holding the States feet to the fire in upholding SCOTUS rulings, clearly evidenced to all the abortion issues that states have with that ruling! Until states are held accountable, and more importantly, the States Politicians and Citizens trying to make laws counter to our Constitution, then the states hold preemption over fed law, to which they do not have such status, and never did!
What's even worse, States like Oregon allow this kind of thing to happen, the states High Court seem to always uphold states preemption instead of actually following the law and striking things they know are wrong, down!

If you'd asked me prior to Nov 4 I would have laughed and said hell no. Now I'm looking at the county map and seeing that Cowtown went to Biden so I don't know anything about this state anymore it seems. I only paid enough attention to the lower seats as far as making sure the Texas House stayed red so the dims couldn't redistrict the whole state like they'd be salivating to do, and it did so I quit looking.

Looking at who cooked this nonsense up. Thresa Meza, from Irving, TX. Evelina Ortega, Art Fierro, and Cesar Blanco out of El Paso on some, those will be Beto Bros. Diego Bernal from San Antonio. Don't see any other names but I may have missed a bill in there.

Dont Just another old gray Jarhead Monkey

Get a bill introduced mandating that all Commieforna immigrants to Texas be required to wear a shock collar and only native texicans can have the controls for them. Every time the lib makes a half assed stupid statement they get a shot. AND then deport them.. Just an idea that is better than those preposed bills.
