Here is one state's published recommendations, revved 3/20. (Why Zika virus is selected for specific mention, I'll never know.)
Feel free to add yours or others to this thread. Interestingly enough, comms are not given lip service in this guide, other than battery operated (presumably) commercial station receiver radio (not even cell phones get a nod.) The feds also have a guide of sorts; as you might expect, VERY wordy and tries to cover the sky is falling.

OK, what does your state say to the residents? LDS is known for it's stances and appears often on this site. Thread title edited to accommodate mis-understanding the intent. Sorry for the initial lack of specific clarity.

The Church listed has always been known for being “Prepared” However there is a sizable difference between what is preached over the pulpit, and actual observed citizen behavior... After being in Utah for a couple of months, I can state that they may be “Prepared” but they lack the doing that prevents the spread of Covid19... Utah is at FULL Capacity in ICU Beds... we The other thing they lack is Driving Curtsy... I have never seen so many Above the Speed Limit pickup & SUV drivers in one place, EVER... and they are the majority of vehicles on the roads, here... These folks drive like Satan himself was chasing them down the road....
We alaskans fit right in down here with our 2006 White Toyota 4X4 Pickup Truck,, except we drive the posted Speed Limit, and get passed on either side by vehicles doing 10-15 Mph faster... Including the Police $ State Patrol Cars... Speed Limits in Utah seem to be just “Suggestions”... Just like the Covid19 restrictions...

BT - the speed limit - last I looked - in UT is 80 MPH.
In Utah, the speed limit increased to 80 mph in three phases in 2008, 2013 and 2014, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. At present, 36 percent of interstate highway miles in Utah have speed limits of 80 mph

Same for Bama's. TBH, I didn't see anything in it to make it worth posting a link here. Sad for a state impacted regularly by hurricanes and tornadoes.

True enough, but we get passed by folks doin 95 Mph on freeways all the time... In the urban areas, I think it has to do with the Wide Streets, that were laid out, back in the early days by the original settlers... When you have three lanes in each direction, on streets with a 45Mph limit, it tends let folks think they are on the freeways, and run at 55Mph...
Apparently these folks have never seen or heard of Turn Signal Lights either...

I'll print the list in the event I need it if an emergency happens.
    Isn't that how it's done?
