The man on the left was killed a moment after the photo was taken. No idea which was the aggressor.

"One person was shot and killed, and two suspects were taken into custody during protests between opposing groups in Denver's Civic Center Park Saturday.

"The incident occurred after a man participating in what was billed a 'Patriot Rally' sprayed mace at another man. That man then shot the other individual with a handgun near the courtyard outside the Denver Art Museum," the newspaper reports.

Denver PD denies shooters connection to Antifa.
Shooter is revealed to be security for local newschannel 9news.
Antifa posts that they will protect the newschannel reporter because he is one of them and he is safe with them. Reporter is Kyle Clark, a vocal proponent of blm and antifa.

IMO it's situational. If you feel that getting sprayed, especially unprovoked, is part of an imminent threat on your life then shooting is justified. From the second video, you see that the security guard keeps his pistol trained on the victim, who then sprays when the guard chambers his pistol. IMO the security guard initiated the deadly chain of events.

I'm not posting the arrest report because the guys name is on there and I'm not sure thats kosher, but it'll be msm before long anyway... soon as they finish scrubbing his social media. There are more photos that indicate the pair got into a brief altercation moments before the shooting. First degree murder will never stick. They know that.

 

I think everyone needs to calm the f down before we end up in a place we can’t return from. I fear for my country and the future of my children. What happened to civility? Why can’t we sit down and have decent discussions with people who disagree with us anymore?

 

As a side note, several of the rally speakers say the soup cans were thrown at the cops. I suppose that's better than the concrete milkshakes they throw in some other cities.

This is the Black Guns Matter instigator. There are several videos showing him working the protest and aggroing on a number of patriots trying to start a fight.

 

I don't see ANTIFA as a group that responds to logic and reason. They have never stated any goals or done any interviews. They come across as people who want to destroy stuff, businesses, your home, whatever you got. The popular media says little or nothing bad about them. Communism doesn't work. I wonder when people shooting it out will become the new normal?

 

Hopefully never. If we get to that point we have lost our country and the world is a much worse place for it. Maybe what we need is a national course in manner and how to disagree civilly. I pray a lot and prep a lot lately. The preps are for if the prayers don’t work.
