Looks like a mommies little highly educated idiot to me.

 

Looks like the Tokyo version of gothic punk.

When I lived in Japan the most popular styles looked like they just walked out of a casting call for Grease.

Of course, everybody had straight black hair, so they went to extreme pompadour styles that often doubled as sun shades.

 

That fool got up one afternoon and put on that costume, looked in a mirror, smiled and said to himself, “damn I look good, just the style I was going for”. Then he climbed the basement stairs, kissed his Mom goodbye and went out to show himself to the girl of his dreams.

 

RE 28917 I’d say it was a target. The hard question is which weapon to engage with: spitball, rubber band and paper clip, paint ball gun, foam noodle or as a last resort a dachshund.

 

Pretty sure all Dachunds have better taste than that...I know mine would bark and taunt but never put that in its mouth.
