Boys I am a 56 yr surviver today. I’m 77 yr old and have been married to the same woman fo 56 yrs today. Now I believe I can survive anything that comes along after this. 56 yrs ago today I married a pretty country girl that had never been out of Louisiana. She did not even know how to drive. I taught her to drive and she’s been on the road ever since. She’s been to about thirty different states and on two cruises and still going. So I know a little about surviving don’t you think?
That’s a long time to dodge pots and pans. How many sets of brakes have you changed for her? Of course I mean that in the nicest way. Congrats.
Wife and I have been married 40 years, claims she has to take care of me as she is too old to break in a new husband or find someone else to fight with. Congratulations. Looks may fade, but getting along with someone and being able to talk with them never does. Would do it all over in a heartbeat.
A very big congrats to you Sir ,, glad to hear you have found your lifelong partner. I wasn't as lucky as you ,, I got the best part of our marriage , I got the kid . I've tried finding the right one over the years ,, but I had to resort to the peace , quiet and freedom to do as I please. It's a rough life ,, but some of us have to do it .
I see some one got the same advice I once got, "You can be happy Son, or you can be Right, but you can't be BOTH!" Were going on 16 years now, and were still like a couple of teenagers chasing each other around! Congrats OldMan

AlaskaChick and I just celebrated our 47th Anniversary last week... We went out and got an ARBEY’s takeout dinner.. We thought Sizzler was to “Ritzzy” for the 47th.. She came well schooled in Survival and frugal Living.. The only thing I had to teach her, was FireArms Shooting... Lordy, I love this Woman...
