I saw a picture similar to this a few years ago at one of the lumber yards I go to ,,, the car owner put a bunch of 80 pound bags of sakrete in the trunk and back seat. A few blocks down the road, the car was In a parking lot with the back end flat on the ground where the shocks busted up thru the body of the car.

 

You can tell the log boom boat hulls are full of water.

 

Well, no. That is how they ride. The hulls and decks are sealed against overwash that happens rather more often than not. That blue one is heeled over due to the force it is applying to the raft AND the rudder it has cranked in to steer the raft.
