@Bishop you have the best video's. What i love is you show successes and failures. I love the realistic video's and your commentary. I had no idea you could make a hand held sling shot that large. Is the velocity greater? Could you take down bigger game with it or was this a novelty item?
The velocity is greater to a certain point but the main advantage is your site picture the the longer distance to the front of the slingshot helps with aiming. What makes a slingshot fast is the rubber the faster it contract the faster it will be if you hold the rubber back to long you lose speed also so there is a point to were it don't matter how fast the rubber is if you hold it back to long it will not travel as fast and if you draw it back longer it will pick up speed I took a squirrel one time with a starship that was 80+ up in the top of a tree that no one could get with there slingshot one and done could have been luck could have been skill I try and add them together that way I come out on top.
