Down here , the sand dunes are in the streets ,, some streets are still covered in sand. Big loaders still clearing sand from streets that washed inland . I heard Fema wont let the city put the sand back on the beach because its dirty ,,,,, ,,,, so now big money goes out to the dredging companies.

I'm not even sure they'd let you detect on the beach ,, in parts of it , they won't let you on unless you own property or you're a contractor. They have police roadblocks . They're trying to hold off the looters. I guess , me being a contractor,, I could go out and say I'm looking for a box of nails that washed away.

 

Yeah,Them's USA nails and hard to come by and not cheap.....I like that !
