UDAP Bear Spray

    Received a letter from UDAP Industries because there have been complaints on the bear spray not deploying. I bought mine at Costco but thought I would pass along. Make sure to test your bear spray before you need it.

    and just because it DOES Spray, does NOT mean the Bear will be effected....

    I don't favor sprays for critter discouraging. Has nothing to do with brand, size, scent, effectiveness, or otherwise. I favor a minimum of 357 sprays, as many as needed. But that's just me. The concept of sprays is OK for crowd control, but little else I can think of, possibly excepting Pam in pans.

    I just checked my bear spray.

    I also took the time to oil both the pump/slide and magazine follower.

    ditch witch I do stupid crap, so you don't have to

    I've used wasp spray on aggressive dogs while out walking. Works like a charm.
