Just some thoughts on the subjects...

One of the things I and others have noticed is a portion of some scientific communities have difficulty letting go of some things.

They seem to have this rather strong tendency to try to make new findings fit old popular theories. They SEEM to resist change?

Consider the possibility that the base material of our universe has been around a very very long time.

AND when it replaces the organic material the readings are of a material that has been around a very very long time rather then the organic it replaced.

verb (used with object), fos·sil·ized, fos·sil·iz·ing.

"Geology. to convert into a fossil; replace organic with mineral substances in the remains of an organism."

    Flood:

Some of us can recall watching flooding and tsunami's and what happens as they occur.

Much gets picked up and carried along before or with such things. Ever notice what happens when 2 of such meet?

The things they are carrying often gets churned about and dropped at or near that location where the waters meet.

Let us suppose that 2 or maybe 4 perhaps even more waves going opposite directions around the globe came together over what is now the Gobi desert and the area of the states of Wyoming and Montana and there deposited many dead creatures.

    Time:

Somethings worth a thought or two.

Our creator is into recycling and has been using and reusing this material over a very long period of time to create many different universes over many many years.

Consider also the reports of the number of angels there are... and consider the possibility that all of them started out in a manner similar to what we are going through.

A further consideration is there are reports that there are non-humanoid being in heaven.

Another thing to think on... I have looked and I have ask scholars to look and thus far neither I nor they can find such words saying we are the only beings... NOWHERE in the Bible does it say we are the only being in the universe.

If anyone can find such a statement please share...

Time: God is in the past present and future all at the same time. Possibility: time as we know or understand it was created for us.

Radio Carbon dating: seems there are many articles out there on this subject and most say the same thing...

For object over 4,000 years old the method becomes very unreliable for the following reason: Objects older then 4,000 years run into a problem in that there are few if any known artifacts to be used as the standard. Libby, the discoverer of the C14 dating method, was very disappointed with this problem. He understood that archaeological artifacts were readily available. After all, this what the archeologist guessed in their published books.

Is Carbon Dating Reliable? | CARM.org

Radiocarbon dating has been studied at great length over the past few decades, and its strengths and weaknesses are very well understood at this point in time. For instance, even in the 1950s, when Willard Libby first developed the process, it was recognized that the scheme assumes that the level of carbon-14 in the atmosphere is constant. But researchers have known at least since 1969 that the carbon-14 level has not been constant, so that the radiocarbon clock needs to be "calibrated."

An article in PhysOrg claims that radiocarbon dating is becoming more unreliable as carbon emissions increase. Why would that be?

Screw the T-Rex, I wanna see a fossilised Nephilim... DNA extraction should be a doddle, considering, according to 'young earth' creationists, the cosmos was created approximately 6-10K years ago.

When the mushy t-Rex was found literally the first thing scientists tried to do was sequence it's DNA and there was nothing left of it after millions of years.
But they can DNA sequence from the last iceage like mammoths, Saber toothed tigers, dire wolves, neanderthals all just fine.

The creationist infighting is what kept the republican party in disarray for at least the 2008 and 2012 election. There was a battle over creationism versus intelligent design, it was so serious the distinction actually went to court. The plaintiffs claimed that intelligent design was just rebranded creationism and the defendants didn't even attempt to defend them selves.
    Most pointless shit ever.
Just watch some creationist youtube videos. It's the most retarded shit ever.
    Key points:
All the water in the solar system came from Noah's flood....
How creationists believe the earth retains its atmosphere. That ones painful to watch.

Strange... I was just watching a video about 'The Book of Enoch' and how it was left out of the bible due it didn't follow the religious story line, Nephilms being the result of earth women paired with the Watchers which is almost the exact same story of the Anunnaki (from early Sumerian writings)... anyway, interesting video.

Why wonder??? The OP is essentially a junk science promo spit balling at the science establishment. Creation 'Science' and 'Intelligent' Design advocates attempt to make their case by discrediting the scientists who do not affirm Young Earth Creation dogma.

Given the number of religious 'truth claims' in this thread, it would be better placed in the Faith and Religion forum.

These are all religious truth claims dealing with the supernatural, rather than the natural world.

for the record chell I did not say any of what I posted was absolute truth/science...

a thing I have always notice with you... it SEEMS you can not allow any post like this one to go on it's own...

it SEEMS to be a thing with you... as if it can not be allowed... like it must not be allowed... or accepted... by anyone?

I wish to make a request and ask a question...

question first... IF Jesus actually existed and said and did all the things that the Bible says...

would you accept such and become a Christian?

now the request... do the research and show factually that he either existed or did not...
