I believe in 'realistic' goals.

I'm down 100 lbs from this time last year, so it is possible...

face it, we all know someone like this - as long as that person isn't in the mirror, you're good.

 

Would just mean more bacon for me until he or she earned meat privileges again after they changed their mind. Since living under my roof requires chores and none of them can be accomplished on a smart phone it's likely that caloric and other needs would change that mind in a fairly short amount of time.

last night I'd thought I'd be up late due to the fireworks.

Blizzard conditions hit about 9:30. Slept real well for a change...
