Or a larger practice area. I just love the way she just stands there at first, then hustles off after the bike. Makes me laugh every time I see it. It's almost as funny as the cats with a balloon stuck between their legs.
Quite possibly locked, not stuck, and why she didn't grab a handful of brake instead of trying to steer around the building isn't obvious. The proper immediate action was NOT to try and hang on, but to lean on it to get the back wheel off the ground, then hit the kill switch. All around dumb, chasing it around like that trying to slow it down. If she tripped, it would have spit her into the trees on the next circle.
When something like this happens, people don't think clearly. It happens too fast. A couple times when I got in trouble at low speed, I'd just bail out. Looked like her throttle stuck too.
I once had the wiper links fail during a heavy rain. Had to reach forward around the winshield to work the wipers! Couldn't get the new parts for the old truck, but some McGuivering with big washers, grease and JB Weld soon had it fixed.
My Dad had a wiper arm off something with a file handle on it. He'd stick it out the wind wing and wipe the snow and salt spray off the side window.
