That's a nice piece of equipment there . I had a great uncle years ago in my pre-teen years , lived down from my grandparents , he had an old blacksmith shop with all kinds of equipment in there , I remember seeing 1 of those steam machines out back , he wasn't using it , he had upgraded , if you want to say that , to and old tractor engine , but he had that belt that ran from the back to the front of the shop . I wish that shop would have been around when I got a little older when I would have appreciated it more . I think my Dad got a few of the pieces when he passed, forges , anvils and such . You're sitting on history with that machine , and most today do not care or appreciate our beginings .
