I often wondered how that would work. As Ganado said,,, pics will be great. But I'm sure your video will be very informative.
This is what I am starting out with a black bear compound bow riser next I have to get a grovG machine in to the limbs pocket so sending off to Arkansas to have that done next will come the ilf limbs then to build the string when I get it all together I will post some pictures and a video
We do not like our compound bow. If we could make it into a simpler bow, I am all for it. I look forward to seeing this. Never heard of a warfbow.
Warfbow is named after a guys dog that started revamping old compound bow s into recurve and log bows
Makes perfect sense, as the Compound bow riser is the same basic shape as a recurve! Might have to make inserts for the riser pockets to correct the angle of the limbs for a long bow, but should be doable! Very interesting project, should be neato!
I had a early 1970's Browning Recurve for about 50 years, with my bad shoulder joints I gave it to my son, who always wanted it and treasures it now. I kept it mint all those years. When ever he takes it out folks are always after him to sell it now. He has takn a few deer with it and is teaching his daughters archery. I eventually went and bought a small compound bow. But don't really like it that much.
I do not know. I have to get into the garage to see, Garage is chaos at the time. It is a smaller one and older
Awesome video & great job by the camera girl. I am quite interested in the PVC arrow holder that you have. Do you have a full picture of that?
