I think I'll go by there today . I saw a book there before , I wish I would have bought it , don't remember the name , but it had all kinds of fixes and build ideas for useful stuff around the house and farm . It had some pretty ingenious ideas if I remember right . sometimes you just need to look at that kind of stuff to kick start your brain . And my brain needs more kicking these days .

Canada's mail system has a large group of helper elves , they are the letter return writers who add some personalization to each of 4 different versions of letters .That way all the kids in the family can get a different letter .

 

I made it by there today . Got 38 dollars worth of books for 20 bucks. Thanks for the heads up .

It I ever needed a reason to hope that our civilization survives this would do.

 

Reading some of the letters , you get a feeling of the lay of the land your in . Even Moms & dads write in , then Sally Ann (Salvation Army ) gets involved ,, Im a bell ringer only , and help with the elves moving letters from and to the Post office ..

It's a good system . and the Elves are all 65+ or older..
