As some of you may know, I need no excuse to eat something. But I do feel like eating when I work out. Whether it is running, swimming, martial arts, hiking, etc. My wife even makes it a habit to make sure we always pack snacks for after if we are not near home. Did my Tuesday run tonight. Thought it was going to be cool since a cold wind was blowing in with the rainy weather. So I ran in a t-shirt. It did not rain and it was not cool out. When I took my shirt off, it weighed at least three pounds with sweat. I digress. Snacks tonight. I like to eat a bunch of Smoked Almonds and chicken with White Rice, with a very light Hoisin sauce marinade! I like to BBQ the chicken to caramelize the sauce and get some char! After work out is a fruit smoothy using black tea and yogert and what ever berries we might have!

Today, I was given a bag of en choy from a student's yard. So my first meal of the day was taiji and qigong.
