As long as you restrict carbs you can pretty much eat what you like and lose weight until you get to the weight your body was designed for. Basically, when you fill up on protein and fat you stop being hungry until your body needs fuel again. Oversimplified, but carbs are designed by nature to make you fat so you can survive the winter. The more of them you eat the more you want to eat - by design.
For the 4th, We took out some back strap and we filleted it like a hotdog bun Filled the center with chopped onions and bell pepper and lightly seasoned with Slap ya Mama seasoning. Closed up and wrapped with center cut bacon and a light dusting of Slap ya Mama. Put on the pit in alum.foil, Medium fire Cooked for about 40/45 minutes or until bacon is cooked Enjoy!!!
Yup, avoid carbs (sugar/grains/starches etc) and prossessed food. Eat real food and lotsa fat. . I was eatting primal befor so already doing no sugar/grains/processed food but its amazing what a difference its made cutting the carbs back to bare minumum (20 max a day) and upping the natural fats like butter, ghee, bacon fat, double cream, suet etc. Not to mention how many avocadoes I go through It not only helps your body reset its weight, theres so many other health benefits to. Spicy mexican salad, tons of lovely spices, lovely coarse mince from my butcher, onion and sweet peppers finished off with chili chocolat tequila and a lighter. Serve over salad greens with heaps of smoked orkney cheese, Devenick dairys devils bite cheese, chunky guacamole and cream freshe.
