Nobody has ever survived a hot-air balloon ride to my knowledge so I’m leaning toward that topic.

but dodging highway traffic that's a good one especially with new google cars

That little red character is who steers balloons. Right into power lines.

• Hummingbird attracted to the bright balloon colors nails you in the eye penetrating your brain
• Lightening strike straight to the crotch
• Killer bee flies up pilots nose
• Shot down at Mexican border suspected of smuggling Justin Bieber CD’s
• Pilot huffed all the propane and you flame out at 20,000 feet
• Hit by a North Korean missile
• Balloon snags a cactus on the way up, fabric critically unravels at 18,000 feet
• Pilot uses burners to heat his crack and goes full Richard Pryor
• Pilot pulls rubber mask off at high altitude revealing himself to be your ex wife
• Pilot pulls rubber mask off at high altitude revealing himself to be Justin Bieber and then proceeds to pull out a guitar. You have no choice except to jump.
• Justin Bieber pulls of his mask revealing that she is actually Miley Cyrus. You instantly regret that you can only jump to your death once.
