WTF? If I can send flowers to my sister by wire, why can't I get a "beer by wire"?

 

Having had a bit of experience with sharp pointy things I think that blade would hang up in the ribs.

 

Also $900+ each. I'll take the Gerber Mark II, thank you.

 

Decent price and I think in the gut it would be very effective, but it's still a one trick pony.

Penfish. P E N F I S H. Not that buck-toothed little bait stealing menace. The only good thing I have to say about a Pinfish is that you can take a kid fishing and guarantee they'll catch something around here. Pinfish are just slightly less annoying than sand fleas and sand spurs.

I've always thought about trying parachuting, but in a way , I guess I'm afraid of heights. As long as I've got something to hang onto , I'm ok. I enjoy living on the edge tho. I always loved rapelling , as long as I knew the rope was tied off good. Here's a story , funny to me , now , not so much then. And a few others might relate to this. Boot Camp , Parris Island , rapelling , and helo drop training . This is done off of a water tower , without the tank , with a flat deck on top. I remember being on top of that tower , looking for the way off of that island , didn't see it. I did the rapelling side , loved it , could do that all day. Back to the top for the helo drop , which consist of , tying up your saddle out of a piece of rope , make a few loops of the drop rope thru your carribeener , stretching out about 15 feet or so of slack in the drop rope , walk to the edge of the tower , which is above the treeline , and jump off . No problem , job done. I'm hooked up , ready to go , look around , see how high we are , walk to the edge , look over , think to myself ,,, screw this ,,,back up a few steps , turn around and look , and see my Drill Instructor make 1 step in my direction , that's all it took , I jumped.
Now days , I don't know if I could do it , my knees are so bad , they'd probably break on landing. Should have pursued that at a younger age.

 

Try catching a huge school of pinfish in 400 yards of sein net while mullet fishing! All we could do was haul it in, get home and start cutting those little ba#&@*$ out.
