I can't think of a generation of youth that our generation of old farts didn't think were idiots. My Dad thought we hippies would ruin the world, he was right. His dad thought those camel smoking slick-haired hoodlums would ruin the world, he was right. His Dad thought those boppers would ruin the world, he was right. Every generation has had a significant impact on our culture and on the loss of liberty, it isn't just the kids today although we may be getting closer to the end game. You should have seen it in color.

I always see people texting while shopping. Sometimes I just tell them" buy what you want, Don't text for permission"
People seem to have a need to blab everything they do to people with their phone. I tell my kids about how their phones take away from situational awareness. Especially when people walk in front of my vehicle without looking up.

I had a guy one time , walking down the sidewalk with his face in his phone. He stopped , looked up , seen me coming , I rode on by , looked in my mirror , seen my 3/16th inch plate steel fender raking across his kneecaps as he was falling forward. Evidently , when I rode by , he stepped out into the road without looking and into my trailer. I couldn't stop laughing. I don't have sympathy for stupidity. He tried to claim I hit him , the police investigated , my insurance company investigated , he got nothing but a wake up call.

Albert also said that the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. USSR, Cuba,China, Cambodia, Venezuela, etc. Setting up a socialist state and disarming the population has lead to such perfect outcomes and every one of them were so sure that they were totally correct and everyone else was wrong.

Funny how we study history in school. Then so many learn nothing from it. Even our own Gov. repeats bad ideas thinking the results will be different. Our drug war is a good example. Anyone out there that didn't study prohibition in school?

Well it could be argued... what is happening is not by accident but is more of a by design thing?

I got the idea that teaching "history" was not for prevention, but instructions as to "how it's done".
Teachers are so stupid. or its those governing the teachers that are stupid.
Democrats never will get it right .

hmmm.... depends... getting it right as you understand or see it may not be the intended outcome?

in the minds of those preparing our children... for their new world... shift the paradigm kinda thing...

so in their minds they got it right?

the goal may be more about indoctrination rather then teaching?
