Motivational Poster Thread (warning content)

Didn't have a poster for this, however, kinda funny and so true of most Marines.

Semper Fi

After his plane was hit and he was forced to eject, the Marine Corps fighter pilot finally regained consciousness.

He was in a hospital, in a lot of pain. He found himself in the ICU with tubes/IV drips in both arms, a breathing mask, wires monitoring every function, and a nurse hovering over him, looking very worried. It was obvious he was in a life-threatening situation.

The nurse gave him a serious look straight into his eyes. Knowing he was not only a fighter pilot, but a Marine, she spoke to him softly and slowly, enunciating each word -- "You may not feel anything from the waist down."

Somehow he managed to mumble in reply, "Can I feel your breasts, then?"

And that, my friends, is a Marine with a real positive attitude.

 

How I deal with those political memes chelloveck posts. Just move on... I don't ignore chell, just consider, everyone has a right to an opinion, even if they are wrong, same way I deal with my wife's opinion. I just smile and move on.

Hey now, I'll have you know I used a grain shovel

 

The good lord put all that snow right where it is... I would never attempt to interfear with the lords plan and that snow will stay put till it melts..

 

We use PAM cooking spray for the wet/sticky snow. Oh, and a snow shovel.

 

I'd rather just let Pam shovel the snow while I drink some hot cocoa...

 

//working on boats ,we had to shovel out those still in the water and finding something that would stay longer on the grain shovels we found boat hull wax that worked best . one application(with Heat) lasted the winter.
