I saw a comment about a "good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy." "Oh no.... if the good guy has a gun in a self-defense free/victim rich zone, he can not be a good guy! That might offend the murders and rapists if we fight back!" I had to laugh. Read "FARNAM'S FREEHOLD" by Heinlein for how that worked out for them. I guess the children of the cowards will be the slaves of the left as we wouldn't allow them in after getting an idiot/scum free zone set up for our area and throwing them out. Hillary said what if he had a silencer??? Good God I hate her but she was right. If the guy had a suppressor?? He may have killed 500 and wounded 1000 or more. Ill keep that in mind. So what if he had a silencer??? would he have killed more?? Does this maggot Clinton finally have a point?? Would not have mattered. When people finally noticed the bodies dropping the outcome would have been the same. No way subsonics would have done the same damage 300 yards out, and full power .223 and especially .308 still make a lot of noise even suppressed. The communists (Democrats) could care less about facts. Facts are totally irrelevant to them, control is what matters, and them being in control is paramount. Whether intended or not, this is being used to push more gun control by the Usual Suspects. No surprise.

The rifles included AR-15's and AK-47's. This was per the FBI in one article I read, but then again any gun becomes either of those types to a reporter no matter what you say:

Outside of that not much other than two rifles were mounted on tripods. Don't know yet if there were other types or if any were actually machine guns.

 

I've heard tripods from several sources. There are tripods for rifle use from a fixed position so the shooter can stand. Shooting into a dense crowd like that there really isn't a need for either.

 

Interesting info on the perp's airplane. Scroll down to the list of owners - dates are in latest to earliest order. That most recent owner brings up interesting questions.....

From what I understand, they found him because the smoke detector went off. Would a silencer have eliminated the smoke? Also, even with the noise, in a few of the videos some people thought it was fireworks from the reactions I saw. It looked like the screaming of people hit, or the ones near someone that was hit finally clued them in.

Also, while I do not have the knowledge base to explain how Hilary is ignorant on this point it seems like someone should explain it somewhere that educates her, and her cult. They probably won't listen but the fact that they are the only voice I've heard in most of the postings I'm seeing seems wrong. I'm assuming, and I usually make an azz of myself when I do, that most are like me and damn frustrated with trying to explain to them the difference between their azz and a hole in the ground!
