I don't care for apologies of this sort. He said what he meant the first time, and is now trying to lie his way out of it. He can put his sorry where the sun don't shine.

I understand the Constitution better than you think I do. What I meant by "banning" was that he should be ostracised in the publishing community, and not be able to sell any articles. Here's a litte analogy. My dh is a construction guy. If he's hanging drywall, he needs to screw it down. He could use a screwdriver, a 12-volt drill, a 14.4 (his drill of choice), or even an 18-volt drill. Regardless of which tool he uses, he's still just hanging drywall.

Same with guns if you ask me. You wanna hunt with a muzzle loader, a bolt-action rifle, a semi-auto .22 rifle, an AR? Okay. You're still just hunting.

I would like to point out that we costed this man his job, sponsorships and reputation by presenting a united frontal-assault right here on-line in less than 24 hours, when I have repeatedly been told over the past year would do no good. WAKE UP!
We have a valuable and dangerous weapon right here at our finger-tips that our elected officials are absolutely terrified of and if we don't use it in our fight to preserve the few freedoms we have left, then we don't deserve them in the first place. We need to target specific elected officials and pwn the hell out of them with emails stating our undeniable will to throw their sorry asses out on the street if they don't do what they were elected to and stand up for our Constitutional rights!

 

seacowboys I agree the internet and our forums are big medicine if we unite and use it as i thought about this i never dreamed we have such a swift and powerful impact not happy about the man losing his job but he even if it was unwittingly sold down the river to the antigun crowd .

My guess is Zumbo won't be able to get a job as a Wal-mart greeter when this is over.

 

If I was him Im not at all sure I would WANT to go on that hunt with Uncle Ted. I have read a few interview with him from folks who were moderately anti gun and seen the reaming he gave them, given that this guy professes himself to be a pro-gun hunter and writes as one and has just given the Fraidy bunch ammo to use against us..... I figure if he gets off with just a couple dozen 'Denozo' slaps (slaps to the back of the head like from NCIS TV show) he will be lucky and would be liable to be safer with Chaney. lol




...and I think it would be awesome to meet and hunt with Uncle Ted.
