They are 2v each. You can hook however many you want together to get the required voltage. Each rack/shelf holds 6 batteriers. There are 8 shelves to a tower. Each shelf interlocks to the other. So 48 batteries per tower.
@DCSS I was confused also, the data sheet says cell voltage 1.75? Deka Unigy II Spacesaver 6AVR95-15 Battery Module Rancher
I'll post up any info & if I need to hold if you buy some also , Im sure the WA house has room . If there are enough folks , I'll use a semi with pallets & fork lifts . the $$ is your thing . I just sent a few freebees to AU and was paid after a few weeks , I was hoping the sloth didn't make a dumb mistake on fronting 400clams . I'll post pix of the units as soon as Im told to be there . Sloth
Picture of the cell label I see float at 13.44 for 12Vdc , 26.8 for 24 & 53.7 , 107.5 for the real systems
It's june 23rd & i have had no replys via E-mail or PM's from the original poster . I even called on June 1st
Removal date was pushed back. I have replied to Sloth via email and phone. Removal is going to be 2nd week of August.
I been talking with Jamison ( DC ) myself on these. I also wanted a rack of 6 after finding these through Goggling for solar batteries and found them. I am on the other side of the country though so shipping will get me but still worth it at the price. I was told these are going out all over and almost all spoken for. EXTREAMLY curious to see what the Sloth comes up with. Jamison seems legit but that kind of doe would hurt to loose. Cant beat these great batteries for that money though, they are super good batteries for solar and with a 20 year life expectancy. I would get on that list before they are gone if you can. Use Pay-pal or a credit card that will give you some protection against a straight out rip off anyway.
I spoke with Jamison today. We were to start on Monday the 21st but the new system needs to be up & tested , So Another hold & wait. CC & Paypal are NOT what Jamison has listed.
I just got off the phone with Mr Jamison He said that the cells were 80% dead when they were removed . So the deal went south . I'm thinking that they were at the end of there life 10-15 years. Sloth
What I was thinking also.... From the onset. Neglected, disconnected, poorly maintained because they were scheduled for replacement.
I was in line for this too! too funny. I found it on CL. dude called a few times then vanished. I went with a forklift battery anyways, couldn't be happier.
