Oh....you mean Thor? I thought the Abrahamic god would look after his own...and not allow his believers' places of worship to be destroyed by some pissant Norse god.

You know what happens to all plans once they reach the implementation phase. Even God has to deal with Murphy, it seems. :D

Better be careful, chimo...you may be sailing close to heresy / blasphemy. If Murphy can foil god's divine plan, then god may not be considered omnipotent; If god cannot foresee what elements of his / her / its divine plans that Murphy will foil, then god may not be consided omniscient; If god is aware of Murphy's capability and intention of frustrating god's divine plan, and consequently evil occurs which god ignores or chooses not to prevent, then god may not be considered omnibenevolent....

Perhaps in that case we may be warranted in sending intercessory prayer and worship to Murphy, and hoping for the best.

Just because you can't understand it does not mean it hasn't any meaning.

I'm sure that there's just as much meaning attached to the misunderstood as the understood. A publically expressed advocacy for an understanding of heliocentrism as opposed to an understanding of geocentrism, did, at one time in history mean an appointment to a bonfire....as fuel! That clerics misunderstood heliocentrism, and preferred geocentrism instead,(despite the evidence in favour of the former hypothesis) certainly had significant meaning for some.

Didn't you ever hear of the Quaternity? The father, the son, the holy spirit...and MURPHY! God is Murphy, Murphy is God. :D

Murphy is the order of the universe, the universal laws of nature. There are extremely few "Acts of God" or plaintiff lawyers could never make a living. Most of the "bad" in life can be traced to human cause or random chance. Getting struck by lightning from a clear blue sky; an act of God. Being struck by lightning during a storm on a golf course; stupidity.

Compromise with rebellion at any level, is a decision that goes on record.

Easy answer is... God don't have any use for puppets... SO we are free to do what ever... it's how we are known...

as to nature... it does what it does...

"It is not for priests or pastors or presidents or kings to compel belief, for to do so trespasses on each individual's God-given liberty of mind and heart. If the Lord himself chose not force obedience from those he created, the who are men to try."

If God removed man's ability to think ,you would not be here.

Oh my goodness.....humans lose their ability to think all the time, yet survive the experience, thanks to the nurturing, and humanitarian inclinations of other humans. Lacking the cognitive function of human reasoning isn't absolutely necessary for survival, though miraculously.....plenty of folk seem to manage that quite ok with minimal, to no cognitive functioning......I do believe that many such folk are, among other things, Trump supporters, and religious fundamentalists ;)

Before a truth statement can be asserted about a god's ability to do anything, it behoves the claimant to demonstrate that their flavor of god actually exists. What is asserted without evidence, may be refuted without evidence.

Man's temporary inability to think (especially in bars) has resulted in quite a few of us being here...
At a deeper level, the ability to think is what makes you, you. Without that you are little more than a walking stalk of celery.
