One thing might help change and that is open discussions about guns .Not the controversial discussion that are never resolved in the mind of the anti but merely discussions of gun quality and feel and accuracy and thrill of success and competition among other enthusiasts . Even though the anti may not engage in the discussion , IF they have any respect for those in the conversation, it is possible that they see that those with guns are responsible normal people not cooks . Women have the greater influence for making the change If they are unafraid of this bold strength, rather than being afraid of what other women might think, as so often the case ,in issues of dress and other fashion and social issues.
HA! Not to long ago a co-worker and I were talking about shotgun reloading at work we got a visit from the cops. Apparently some ditz from the customer service dept overheard us and called in that we were talking about "shooting some guy named clay" and getting gunpowder to make bombs out of corn husks. The cop was a trap shooter...so we all got a good laugh.
I might also add that though dating media , one of the issues women might add to their interests is owning guns and involvement with training . this takes care of a coupe of issues . If she's pro gun and secure in her training ,some creep isn't likely to be much interested . If I was using dating media, I might be including including the use of guns in my profile .
Anybody who talks to an anonymous mutt on the phone about anything they own is not thinking straight. I see survey, I don't even pick up the phone. Same with politicians, see the name leave the phone in the cradle. I'm trying to learn how to cuss in Hindu so I can tell the Indian Microsoft scammers off in their native tongue.
