I lived for decades aboard our shanty-boat with only a marina mailbox as an address. Our phone was cell-burners and voip from internet from our hughesnet sat dish or wifi from where-ever. Most of my income came from marine salvage earned over-seas or from music paid in cash or from scrap metals also paid in cash. I owned no credit cards, mortgages, car loans,etc. I am a single nudge from returning to my boat life and flying the black flag.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

If you haven't noticed, we have always had courts that are willing to give new technologies the ability to work around the Constitution but have NEVER found a way to work the Constitution into technology. When a new technology is invented they don't say, how does the Constitution apply to that? They say how can we make rules for the parts we don't like while ignoring the parts that the Constitution applies to.

 

I've been wondering if they even think the constitution applies to them , the

government .

 

Don't wonder too long...the ruling class has shown their disdain for the Constitution for several decades (that I have witnessed) and will do everything they can to remain part of that elite.

 

They say the public doesn't have anything to worry about.
I am sure the nazis said the same thing in the late 1930s

 

What should wake everyone up is that the constitution is now a circus clown that is brought out on special occasions to show to people "look, we still follow it, see here it is once every couple decades when it suits us". There is no longer any doubt that the government is completely rogue. In the 80s it was conspiracy theory. Today it is just an accepted fact but even those people who think they are awake haven't fully grasped where we are and what is going on. They are still just accepting things that were conspiracy 20 years ago and haven't even come to grips with stuff that is going on today. We are way behind the 8ball people. Way behind.
