Maybe it's a little early for northern hemisphere folk, but it looks like snow rolling might be easier than snow shovelling... Via: Snow Storm Survival: Shoveling Snow West Virginia Style webpage includes video clip demonstrating the technique. Consider it as an efficient technique for making distress signs in some snow conditions for aerial SAR observers. It might also be useful method for making a survival snow shelter. This method may not be practicable in deep snowdrift conditions.
Used to do that when I was young(er) to build snow forts. Clear walkways and have fun all at the same time
As Techsar posted & we were not very tall back then , plus we had gummy bones. Poor clothing cover for that person ,, need to find a NON HIP real clothing store .
WAHAHAHAHAHAHA I had the same thought RH!! What was fun in our 20's has come back to haunt us in our 50's..
I thought this was a great post. I am currently sitting in a heat wave and @chelloveck talking about making snow forts. Made me appreciate that SM is worldwide. On topic- rolling snow works great but it has to be the right snow. Has to have just the right amount of moisture.
Its July 9th here and we have had wind and rain last two days, and they are having graffiti week too in the middle of it.
