I'd use our amazon shopping link and then search for "excalibur trays" That way you get what you want and SM gets a little from their affiliate program. Win-Win
Are you looking for trays to replace missing trays? Then this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B018DNTI6W/?tag=survivalmonke-20 If all you need is liners, there are LOTS on Amazon.
Maybe liners are what I need, what I currently have is the tray with the nylon screen that keeps the veggies from falling thru, what I want to experiment with is dehydrating eggs, i.e. blend them up and then there are two methods to drying them, cook them first, or dry raw, raw eggs fall thru the screen, I don't even have to try that to know it won't work, so I need "trays" solid... that won't leak. yes they are not porous, but they are flat, I need a tray, and I've seen the youtube video where you use binder clips to make the ends cup up.... I would have preferred something ... solid. Rancher
Why not try small paper plates? Just a bit of a lip, enough to keep liquids in check. Ones with a smooth, almost plastic-like finish would keep the eggs from soaking in before they dried... ...just a thought.
Look through these Silicone baking trays/ pans Amazon.com: Silicone - Square & Rectangular / Cake Pans: Home & Kitchen

I dug out mine for pics. These things are non- porous, edge rolled, inserts for regular trays (round in my case). They are made for fruit roll ups, and other liquid type stuff that would fall through a mesh tray.
By the way, for you that have Excalibur units, how do you de-grease the trays after a run of (say) beef? For those of you thinking to get one, consider what sink or other place you'll want for cleanup. My kitchen sink won't readily accept the trays, they are about 15x15. Bathtub is about it for me here.
