I grind dent corn in my WonderMill and it comes out too fine so I have to use a hand mill if I want corn meal not corn flour.
My .02 Buy the combo mill with the burrs and the stones and purchase a spare set of stones. That way you cover all bases.
HI Aeason, After we grind it we put it in a ninja blender and then sift it to get the flour. This is definitely not the best model. We just wanted something manual and cheap.
Wife picked up some corn from the Mexican store, made homniy this afternoon we will grind it to see if the hand grinder will make masa for tortillas
@Aeason, remember the ninja. Then the last step is sifting. It really makes some pretty flour. Then, the bigger pieces, you can use as soup. Or grind it again. Good luck to you, Sir.
