    @MountainMariner what an adorable weasel. I am sure it is a pest but it is so perfect it doesn't look real. What a pretty creature.

    Right after I graduated from high school, I worked for a hot air balloon company in the Napa Valley and Sacramento Valley areas for the summer. Best job I ever had...... riding in a hot air balloon is definitely one of life's great experiences.

    image. Spent Sunday at Falcon Field, Mesa AZ(where I earned my pilots license in 86) at the Confederate Airforce Museum for a Veterns Day celebration.

    Went with my friend Bill from NJ and we met Jay Taylor (another friend we both worked with in the past) who volunteers his time and is the Crew Chief on the B-17 Sentimental Journey.

    Jay gave us a personalized tour of this beauty. To see the environment "The Greatest Generation" flew in to protect our freedom and those of our allies during WWII and to hear Jays stories about the brave crews who flew these magnificant machines was a great way to spend the Veterans Day weekend.

    Jay showing the position of the belly turret gunner. Both the tail gunner and the belly turret gunners had to remove their parachutes to get into position at their stations. There was no room for them.
